Apply links make it easy to collect verified rental applications and keep your dashboard organized. When renters use your link, their TenePass certificates are automatically connected to your selected listings, saving you time and reducing manual work.

1. Create an Apply Link for Each Listing in Your Dashboard

You can generate a unique apply link for every listing you manage. Each link is tied to a specific property, helping you streamline applications and keep all incoming renters organized under the right listing.

2. Share Your Link

Copy your TenePass apply link and share it with renters. You can post it in chat, include it in your listings, or send it directly to anyone applying for your property.

3. TenePass Handles Applicant Onboarding

When renters open your apply link, TenePass takes care of the onboarding. If they don’t have a certificate yet, the platform guides them through a quick step-by-step process to get one. If they already have a certificate, TenePass moves them straight to the next step.

4. Applicants Added Automatically to Your Listing

After completing the process, applicants are automatically added to the correct listing in your dashboard with their verified certificates. You can view their details, shortlist them, and continue your screening workflow instantly.
