Certified evaluators are trusted professionals from accredited financial and compliance organizations. They are independent, GDPR-compliant, and trained to follow TenePass’ standardized scoring system to ensure fairness and consistency.
How long does it take to get my certificate?
Standard service takes about 2–3 days. For urgent moves, Fast Track is available.
What is the rental strategy tool?
The rental strategy tool inside the TenePass app lets you adjust your target rent to see how your score changes in real time. It helps you find the “sweet spot” where your approval chances are strongest, so you can focus on homes that match your affordability.
Can my score change?
Yes. With our Dynamic Affordability Adjustment, your score automatically adapts to the rent amount you’re applying for.
What if I don’t have enough documents to upload?
You can still apply for the Newcomer certificate. TenePass issues certificates based on what you provide. Even if you’re missing certain documents, evaluators can still verify your identity and available data, so you receive a valid certificate. This ensures you’re not left out of the rental process.
