TenePass gives you complete, real-time control over your shared data. Whether you are taking a break from searching or simply want more privacy, you can decide who sees your certificate and rental profile at any moment.
Certificate Visibility
You can disable your certificate at any time from Account Settings → Visibility → Certificate Visibility.
Once turned off, your certificate becomes instantly hidden across the entire platform. All access previously granted to landlords, hosts, or agencies is immediately revoked.
When you enable it again, it reappears exactly as before no new uploads or steps required.
Rental Profile Visibility
Your rental profile includes information about you, your household, accessibility needs, and pets. You can decide if you want this information included in your certificate while sharing.
Your rental profile can also be managed independently. Go to Account Settings → Visibility → Rental Profile Visibility to turn it off or on whenever you like.
When disabled, your profile is no longer visible in searches or dashboards. Turning it back on restores visibility instantly, just as it was before.
What Happens When You Hide Your Data
When you turn off visibility for either your certificate or rental profile, the information is fully hidden within TenePass. It disappears from all dashboards, lists, and searches, and any existing access links are instantly disabled. The data remains securely stored in your account and can be restored at any time by turning visibility back on.
Turning Visibility Back On
Ready to share again? Just switch visibility back on. Your certificate and rental profile return exactly as before, with no extra steps, uploads, or approvals needed. Everything is restored automatically.
